tenure of President Kufour. To this effect, some of the contractors can no
longer be traced as they have tried severally to receive their payment
success. Obviously, some may have died.

The proposal:

I wish to implore you to come in as our partner to claim the sum of $145
Million United States Dollars which is payment due some contractors who
built the Akosombo Hydro-electric dam. The contract was divided in 3
phases. The civil contractors, the water engineers and the electrical
engineering companies. I understand that you may not know anything about
this subject and you may not even be conversant with the procedure for
building a dam. But do not worry as we have covered all the bases.

All we need to do is apply for an initial payment of $75 Million United
States Dollars for the first phase of the contract. As soon as this is
successfully transferred to your account, we will apply for the other
balance. You do not need to worry about the original contractors. This has
already been taken care of. We removed some of the files when we took them
for review. All we have to do is replace them with your company details.
As soon as this is done, we shall approve your file for immediate payment.
Once again, do not worry about this, it will be approved.

We have estimated that it will take between 10 and 14 working days to
complete this project. Should you wish to participate, please contact me.
You may be worried about the legitimacy of this, you may also be worried

Objetivando incentivar a literatura no país, dando ênfase na
publicação de textos, a GUEMANISSE EDITORA E EVENTOS
LTDA. promove o 2º CONCURSO LITERÁRIO GUEMANISSE
DE MINICONTOS E HAICAIS, composto por duas categorias
distintas:
a) Minicontos;
b) Haicais,
o qual será regido pelo seguinte

REGULAMENTO

1. Podem concorrer quaisquer pessoas, desde que os textos
inscritos sejam em língua portuguesa. Os trabalhos não precisam
ser inéditos e a temática é livre.

2. As inscrições se encerram no dia 12 de junho de 2007. Os
trabalhos enviados após esta data não serão considerados para
efeito do concurso, e, assim como os demais, não serão
devolvidos. Para tanto será considerada a data de postagem
(correio e internet).

3. O limites de cada MINICONTO é de até 2 (duas) páginas. Os
HAICAIS se prendem à sua forma tradicional.

4. Os textos devem ser em folha A4, corpo 12, espaço 1,5 e
fonte Times ou Arial.

5. As inscrições podem ser realizadas por correio ou pela internet
da forma seguinte:
a) Via postal (correio): os trabalhos podem ser enviados em
papel, CD ou disquete 3 ½ para Guemanisse Editora e Eventos
Ltda. CAIXA POSTAL 92.659 - CEP 25.953-970 - Teresópolis -
RJ;
b) Internet: os trabalhos devem ser enviados em arquivo Word
para o e-mail editora@guemanisse.com.br

6. Tanto os MINICONTOS quanto os HAICAIS devem ser
remetidos em 1 (uma) via, devendo, em folha (ou arquivo)
separada, conter os seguintes dados do concorrente:
nome completo / nome com o qual assina a obra (não é
pseudônimo);
data de nascimento / profissão
endereço (com CEP) / e endereço eletrônico (e-mail).

7. Cada concorrente pode realizar quantas inscrições desejar.

8. Para a categoria MINICONTOS, o valor de cada inscrição é
de R$ 20,00 (vinte reais), podendo o autor inscrever até 3 (três)
textos por inscrição. Para a categoria HAICAIS, o valor de cada
inscrição é de R$ 20,00 (vinte reais) podendo o autor inscrever
até 5 (cinco) textos por cada inscrição. Os valores devem ser
depositados em favor de GUEMANISSE EDITORA E EVENTOS
LTDA, na Caixa Econômica Federal, Agência 2264, Oper. 003
Conta Corrente Nº 451-7 ou no BRADESCO, Agência 2801-0,
Conta Corrente Nº 8582-0.

9. Os comprovantes de depósito (nos quais os concorrentes
escreverão o nome) devem ser remetidos para Guemanisse
Editora e Eventos Ltda. pelo correio, pela internet (escaneados)
ou para o fax (0XX - 21) 2643-5418. Nenhum valor de inscrição
será devolvido.

10. Os resultados serão divulgados pelo nosso site

www.guemanisse.com.br pela mídia e individualmente (por
e-mail) a todos os participantes, no dia 14 de setembro de 2007.

11. Cada Comissão Julgadora será composta por 3 (três) nomes
ligados à literatura e com reconhecida capacidade
artístico-cultural. Ambas as Comissões podem conceder
menções honrosas ou especiais.

12. As decisões das Comissões Julgadoras são irrecorríveis.

13. Para cada Categoria (Minicontos e Haicais), a premiação
será nos seguintes valores.
1º lugar: R$ 1.200,00 (mil e duzentos reais) e publicação do
texto em livro;
